1. How our model protects you
We work preview-first: we build your website and show you a live preview before you pay anything. You only pay the once-off build fee when you have seen and approved your actual website. This means you are never paying for a promise, only for a finished product you have already seen working.
2. Website build fee (once-off)
- The build fee is payable after you approve your preview and before your site goes live on your own domain.
- Full refund if we fail to take your approved website live within 14 days of payment.
- If you cancel after payment but before go-live, you receive a full refund less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration).
- After go-live, the build fee is non-refundable, as the product has been delivered. Every new site includes a 30-day fix guarantee: anything broken or not matching your approved preview is corrected at no charge.
3. Hosting (monthly)
- Hosting is billed month-to-month. There is no lock-in contract.
- Cancel at any time with one calendar month's written notice to the contact address below.
- No partial-month refunds; your site stays live until the end of the paid period.
- On cancellation, we provide your website files on request and assist with transferring your domain, which remains yours.
4. Domains
- Where we register a domain for you, it is registered for your business and belongs to you.
- Domain registration fees are paid to third-party registries and are non-refundable.
5. Requesting a refund or cancellation
Email kyle@centralstudio.co.za or phone +27 22 022 0105 with your business name and request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African law.
